Low Income Tax Credit Property Waiting List

Dear Prospective Resident,

Thank you for your interest in being placed on the Waitlist for River's Edge Apartments.

Please note the following regarding your application for the waitlist:

This waiting list does not guarantee that you will receive a rental unit. This only places you on a waitlist for a call back.

All applicants will be reached out to in the order their application is received. Vouchers are accepted and we are committed to providing housing for those on those waiting lists as well.

We will not send waitlist updates; we will only contact you when an apartment becomes available matching your requirements. When a unit comes available matching your requirements, contact will be made via phone. If the phone doesn't work or changed your phone number, you will be removed from the list. You will have 24 hours to respond.

If you do respond and wish to rent the available unit, you must begin the application paperwork process within 24 hours and pay the fee for the application per adult over 18 years old.

***The paperwork for the affordable portion will take longer to be processed.
