Q: What services do you provide?
A: Augusta Rental Homes provides a full array of services to landlords. We provide most
commonly a turnkey management solution however we do provide an a la carte menu
selection of tenant placement services, maintenance inspections, project management and
more.

Q: Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
A: Some house we do suggest that you accept Section 8. However, you are never required to do so.

Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, all owner draws are directly deposited into your bank account before the 15th of every month.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: You will not need to sign the lease. All rental documents will be available online in your owner portal

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: We handle all rent collection for you. Rent is due on the first of every month and is late on the 5th. We start the eviction process if rent has not been paid by the 10th of the month. We offer our residents the ability to pay online or at any of our office locations.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: We typically sign a minimum lease term of 12 month unless the owner prefers to do otherwise.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: We are ready when you are! Our onboarding process for new owners and properties is super easy. We can take over managing your property as soon as the required paperwork is complete and you give us the go ahead.

Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage both residential and commercial properties. We currently manage over 200 residential units. This ranges from single family houses all the way up to medium sized apartment complexes.
Under our commercial umbrella, we specialize in office property and storage units.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: Reports are emailed to you monthly with your rental owner draw. However, all owners can access their most up to date financial reporting online via their owner portal any time.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: We hold on to all security deposits in a dedicated trust account at our Bank.
